Kwaya ya Mamajusi is one of the leading gospel choirs known for performing traditional church choir music, particularly in the style of evangelical churches such as the Anglican Church. Their song “Majira ya Jioni” carries a powerful spiritual and prophetic message, reminding listeners to prepare for the end of life and the second coming of Christ. The title, which means “The Evening Season,” symbolizes the closing stage of life, encouraging believers to seek righteousness and be ready to stand before God before their earthly journey comes to an end.
